Billing:

Once you sign up, Stripe automatically charges you on the same day each month. this means after your first sign up, you do not need to resubscribe. If payment fails to go through, the system retries several times. After numerous failed attempts, Stripe will automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel or manage your subscription (including payment and address) anytime, use this link https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/14AeVeaHIawAbVCaB47ss00.  

Why can't I track my mail?

All orders are shipped with untrackable postage to keep the cost low & affordable! Please be patient as it is called "snail" mail for a reason :)

I haven't received my mail yet, what should I do?

For US members, please allow 7 business days after shipping date for the mail to arrive (updates are typically posted on my instagram story, but usually around the 15th). For international members, please give 2-5 weeks for your mail to deliver. If this time frame has passed and you still haven't received your mail, please reach out to me!

Incorrect address

If mail is returned due to an incorrect address, a replacement can be sent with a new $8 order, as all materials and postage must be repurchased. Again, this is only the case for if you entered an incorrect shipping address.

I want a previous print club mail!

I offer catch up prints of the main 4x6 or 5x7 print of every month on the catch up tab. When inventory allows, I have one time purchases available as well. However, once these sell out, I typically do not restock. The one time purchases are posted around mail day, so you're most likely to snag one if you purchase closer to that date! Due to the high demand of previous month print club mail, i often release duos or mini sets with a few pieces from that month's mail.
