what is yoonyprints print club?

yoony print club is an art snail mail subscription. for $8/month (US) and $10/month (WW), you'll receive a carefully curated art mail. mail contains 5x7 art print, mini prints, a sticker, and/or any other goodies unique to that month. 

billing:

once you sign up, Stripe automatically charges you on the same day each month. this means once you sign up, you do not need to resubscribe. if payment fails to go through, the system retries several times. if the payment continues to fail numerous times, Stripe automatically cancels your subscription. to cancel or manage your subscription anytime, use this link https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/14AeVeaHIawAbVCaB47ss00.

how does shipping work?

shipping is included in print club subscriptions. US mail is sent out with standard US postage, meaning they cannot be tracked. shipping can take anywhere between 1-7 business days. international mail is shipped with first class mail international. shipping can take anywhere between 7-21 days, and also can not be tracked. if mail gets lost, please contact yoonyprints@gmail.com

all orders are shipped with untrackable postage to keep the cost low & affordable.  

i haven't received my mail yet, when should i reach out?

for US members, please allow 7 business days after shipping date for the mail to arrive. if it still doesn't arrive by then, please don't hesitate to reach out and i will send you a new one! for international members, please give 4 weeks for mail to deliver. i know it can be frustrating, but snail mail tends to be quite slow. if this time frame has passed and you still haven't received your mail, please reach out to me!

mail bounce back

sometimes mail gets bounced back to me as the address is incorrect or insufficient (missing apartment #, wrong zip code, incorrect spelling, etc). there is a small fee ($2) that covers the cost of reshipping your order after it was returned to me due to an incomplete or incorrect mailing address. If the mail was lost or it was an issue on my end, there is no need to pay this fee! this is only for if you entered in your address incorrectly, causing a bounce back. once paid, your item will be re-mailed to the updated address you provide!
